- Please inspect your purchase carefully upon delivery.
- If delivered merchandise is damaged or not satisfactory, please contact us within three (3) days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve all issues through expert repair service calls, parts replacements or exchanges.
- We will accept cancellation of an unfinished item within five (5) days of placing the order.
- We will accept cancellation of a finished item within three (3) days of placing the order.
- If cancellation is accepted a 20 % restocking fee applies.
